but fickle Northeast U.S.A. He has been composing
electronic music since 1995, when he got his first
elementary computer sequencing program. Pfeif
jumped around a bit to discover which music fit his
passion. Drum and bass, still young at the time,
became a huge influence. Soon, Pfeif collected an
arsenal of synths, samplers, and sequencers and
tied them together with vast numbers of cords and
midi cables to make live drum and bass sets. Feeling
a strong draw toward the DJ side of dnb, Pfeif sold a
couple of vintage synths for a set of flashy new decks
and has been DJ-ing ever since.
